After a very frequent masala food or restaurant food, what would one love to eat and make the stomach feel satisfied plus happy??? Definitely Tomato Dal. This is definitely true for Andhrites(Southern Indians). Our daily food has Rice, and the best combination with warm rice is for sure any kind of Dal with ghee and some appadam(papad)/uppu mirapakayalu. Slurp! No dish can beat this combination. A pleasant evening on a rainy day would definitely call for hot hot Bajjilu (Fritters).. isn’t it?? Why not! Bjjilu can use any vegetable like.. I mean.. there are plenty options to make Bajji starting from Mirchi. My fav’s always are Mirchi, Brinjal (Indian Eggplant) and Tomato. Just love them. It has been a while uploading a post here.. came back after a long Holiday with many interesting recipes. For now, I am here with a very fast and simple recipe with Cauliflower.. Hummnn!!! It’s such a vegetable which doesn’t attract many. Poha Snack / Chivda

Atukula mixture / Chivda is one of the easiest snack that can be made. This is a traditional Maharastrian dish and takes no longer than 15 min. It’s a kids favorite snack as the Chivda has many fried crunchy nuts in it. Used have them a lot in good olden school going days. ‘Vegetable Noodles’ is one of the most mouth watering chinese dish to most of us. I have been looking diffrent recipes for a perfect chinese style of making Noodles… found them in plenty and each one with some variations.
