I believe.. this recipe lures almost every South Indian. “Chinthapandu Pulihora” (Also called Puliogare in Tamil) is a very famous and traditional South Indian dish. ‘Vegetable Noodles’ is one of the most mouth watering chinese dish to most of us. I have been looking diffrent recipes for a perfect chinese style of making Noodles… found them in plenty and each one with some variations. Dondakaya/Ivy guard is a very tasty vegetable and is a favorite of many.. Ingredients : 1 head fresh Broccoli 10 florets Cauliflower 2 Carrots 1 table spoon Lime juice Any Vegetable dresser Directions : Chop the florets of Broccoli head and Cauliflower.  Take a heavy bottom wide pan with a very little amount of oil and heat it on a medium flame.
